Right of withdrawal for consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.)

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day

• on which you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided you ordered one or more goods in a single order delivered together;
• on which you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the last item, provided you ordered several goods in a single order delivered separately;
• on which you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or piece, provided you ordered goods delivered in several partial shipments or pieces.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Kevin Schubert, Nedderfeld 70, 19063 Schwerin, Germany, phone: +49 157 51902336, e-mail: yoshisprints@gmail.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery type other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period expires. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion / expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs; for the supply of goods that may deteriorate quickly or whose expiry date would soon be exceeded; and for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines except for subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the supply of sealed goods not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery; for the supply of goods that, after delivery, are by their nature inseparably mixed with other items; and for the supply of sealed audio or video recordings or computer software if the seal was removed after delivery.
