Privacy Policy

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

1. General information

Unless otherwise stated below, the provision of your personal data is neither required by law or contract, nor necessary to conclude a contract. You are not obliged to provide the data. Failure to provide it has no consequences. This applies only where no other information is given for the processing operations below. "Personal data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

2. Controller

The controller responsible for data processing is:
Kevin Schubert, YoshisPrints, Nedderfeld 70, 19063 Schwerin, Germany
Phone: +49 157 51902336, E-Mail: yoshisprints@gmail.com

3. Access data & hosting

When you visit the website, the hosting provider automatically stores information in server log files (e.g. IP address, date/time, page accessed, browser type). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The website is hosted with IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with the hosting provider.

4. Contact & request form

When you contact us via the request form, we process the data provided (name, e-mail address, message and optionally uploaded files) to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (contract initiation) or (f) GDPR. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations prevent this.

5. Uploaded files

We use files you upload (e.g. 3D models, images) solely to process and calculate your request. They are not passed on to third parties unless necessary to fulfil the order.

6. Cookies & language setting

The language is selected through the URL of the page. No cookies or localStorage data are stored for this purpose. If analytics or marketing cookies are used in the future, we will obtain your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.

7. Social media presences & external shops (Etsy, eBay)

We maintain online presences on social networks and sales platforms (e.g. Etsy, eBay) to communicate with customers, prospects and users and to advertise our products and services. When you access these presences, your data may be automatically collected and stored for advertising and market research. Usage profiles are created from this data using pseudonyms; cookies are regularly used for this. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in direct communication and optimising our presences) or – if you have consented vis-à-vis the platform operator – Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can most effectively assert data subject rights and information requests directly with the respective platform provider, as only they have access to the data processed there; we will of course support you.

8. Rights of the data subject

Subject to the statutory requirements, you have the following rights under Art. 15 to 20 GDPR: right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You also have a right to object under Art. 21 (1) GDPR against processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, as well as against processing for direct marketing purposes.

9. Right to object

Where the data processing listed here is based on our legitimate interest under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, you have the right to object at any time, for reasons arising from your particular situation, to such processing with effect for the future. Following an objection, we will stop processing the affected data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.

10. Right to complain to the supervisory authority

Under Art. 77 GDPR you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of your personal data is unlawful. The supervisory authority responsible for us is:

Landesbeauftragter für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Mecklenburg-Vorpommern
Werderstraße 74a, 19055 Schwerin
Phone: +49 385 594940 · Fax: +49 385 5949458
E-Mail: info@datenschutz-mv.de

11. SSL/TLS encryption

For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption, recognisable by the "https://" in your browser's address bar.
