Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 2026
§ 1 Scope
These terms apply to all orders and custom work concluded directly via yoshisprints.com or the request form between you ("customer") and Yoshis Prints ("provider"). Sales via Etsy and eBay are additionally subject to the respective platform's terms.
§ 2 Provider
Kevin Schubert, YoshisPrints (sole proprietorship), Nedderfeld 70, 19063 Schwerin — contact details see legal notice.
§ 3 Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products does not constitute a binding offer but a non-binding invitation to order. For custom requests we provide a specific offer after review. The contract is concluded when you accept it or we expressly confirm your order.
§ 4 Prices & small-business status
All prices are final prices. Pursuant to § 19 UStG (small-business regulation) no VAT is charged and therefore none is shown. Shipping costs are stated separately before the contract is concluded.
§ 5 Payment
Orders via Etsy and eBay are processed through the respective platform's payment systems. For direct or custom orders, the available payment methods are stated in the quote. For custom work, a reasonable deposit may be agreed. The goods remain our property until full payment.
§ 6 Delivery & shipping
Delivery is made to the address you provide. Delivery times are non-binding guide values unless expressly agreed as binding. For custom work the processing time depends on scope and material and is stated in the quote.
§ 7 Custom-made items
For custom items you provide suitable templates/files and warrant that you are entitled to use them and that no third-party rights are infringed. Minor production-related deviations (e.g. colour, surface, tolerances) do not constitute a defect. There is no right of withdrawal for products made to customer specification (§ 312g (2) no. 1 BGB).
§ 8 Right of withdrawal for consumers
Consumers are entitled to a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts – excluding, among others, goods that are not prefabricated and are made based on an individual choice or decision by the consumer, or clearly tailored to personal needs (see § 7). You can find the full withdrawal policy including the model withdrawal form on the withdrawal policy page.
§ 9 Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. In the event of justified defects, we provide subsequent performance by repair or replacement at our choice. Please report defects promptly.
§ 10 Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract; otherwise excluded. 3D-printed parts are not automatically suitable for load-bearing, safety-relevant or food-safe applications unless expressly agreed.
§ 11 Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
